Since people have asked, here is a brief summary of Hermione since I took her over in March. There's probably more here than anyone wants to know but I suck at brief so...LOL. Hope it's somewhat helpful.

Well, the past couple of months have been really busy for Hermione. Near the end of March, she lost her job and met a tall, dark, handsome stranger. After a bit of heavy flirting, she went home with the stranger, whom she discovered was Regulus Black. Much intense and hot smut ensued. After spending the afternoon and evening shagging, she returned to her flat and told Sirius, her flatmate and occasional lover, about losing her job and then Viktor arrived and things got smutty. The next morning, she had a conversation and cocoa with Viktor. She began to look for a job without much luck. Then she ran into Percy Weasley, who was depressed and unhappy over some events in his life and provided a bit of assistance in hopefully helping him not feel guilty. During that lunch, she ran into Tonks and accepted a temporary job as Tonks' nanny.

During the next week, she reconnected with some old friends and had lunch with Ron. She was invited to lunch with Molly at the Burrow at the end of March, an event that unknowingly began a lot of changes in her life. During lunch at the Burrow, she and Charlie started flirting before sneaking to the upstairs loo for a shag. Following lunch, they went back to her place for more shagging and fun. The next day, she received a visit from Viktor at work and found out that he had killed Lockhart. She also received an owl from Charlie, asking her to meet him that weekend for lunch, where they ran into Regulus and had a bit of fun.

The next week, she and Charlie exchanged naughty owls and arranged to meet that weekend. During her weekend with Charlie, their relationship began to change and she found herself starting to develop feelings for the sexy redhead. However, any happiness she might have felt was ruined by the horrible news that Viktor had been murdered. She had to tell Sirius about Viktor's death and his murder of Lockhart before she was able to say good-bye to Viktor, the first man she ever really loved.

Charlie floo'd her and another date was arranged, much to her surprise, as well as a bit of naughtiness (floo sex anyone?). Charlie surprised her with tulips and she told Crookshanks that it wasn't love but he knew better and really just wanted her to stop singing. Charlie came over for their date and got jealous over some chocolates that Sirius had given her. That was a turning point in their relationship as she and Charlie agreed to become exclusive. They spent the weekend together and made plans to go shopping for Hermione to buy a dress for Susan's opening.

Hermione had lunch with Neville and discussed some research he wanted her to do regarding Death Eater trials from the first War against Voldemort. She also gave Seamus and Dean some research they asked her to do for their bonding/wedding ceremony.

Tragedy struck Charlie with the loss of his favorite dragon and Hermione comforted him as best she could. They spent the weekend together and their relationship advanced even more when the words 'love' and 'girlfriend' were mentioned.

She and Charlie had Bill over for supper after his break up with Tonks, which could have been awkward since Hermione's last interaction with Bill involved shagging him and Tonks, but it went smoothly. However, things in her relationship with Charlie did not go quite so smoothly when Sirius came out and Charlie realized who her former lover/roomie happened to be. There was a big fight between her and Charlie and he left after many harsh words were exchanged only to return after midnight to ask for a second chance and he told her he thought it might be love. They spend the next day talking and making up.

After Charlie canceled for Susan's opening, she asked Sirius to take her only to be surprised by Charlie. They left the opening and went back to her flat so he could remove the dress she'd bought. They also had fun with some other things he'd bought during that shopping trip a few days later.

In early May, Hermione had lunch with Percy to discuss the museum and her new job. After lunch, she went home with Charlie and found flowers all over her flat. He told her was in love with her and their relationship continued to become more serious as she returned his declaration of love. Soon after, she seduced Charlie with a little strip tease and mirrors, which they both rather enjoy. During a weekend Charlie was working, she spent the night with Ron when she went to see his new flat, met
an American with a fondness for history, and had visit with Ginny.

After an exhausting weekend, Charlie comes home to sleep. They spend the day together, showering and getting creative with a whisk. Hermione contacts Bill regarding possible candidates for the position of her assistant. A dinner is arranged where she and Charlie meet Noah and she hires him after finding out he's the American she'd met previously. Sirius has a talk with Charlie and gives him a warning to take care of Hermione, which Hermione finds rather sweet and Charlie finally realizes her relationship with Sirius is not a threat. That night, Charlie receives an owl letting him know he's won a holiday in the Bermuda Triangle and he makes arrangements with Hermione for them to go at the end of the month.

Hermione visits the colony again, where she and Charlie are surprised by Molly, who learns of their relationship. She also makes one of Charlie's greatest fantasies come true. After learning about Ron's accident, she and Charlie go visit him at the hospital. They attend the Leaky Talent Show and get a bit soppy. Hermione uses black velvet, silk stockings, and toys to give Charlie something she thinks he might have been missing. In return, he takes her for a flight on a dragon when she visits the colony that weekend.

The following week is spent getting ready for their holiday. Hermione has been working a bit too hard and has been feeling a bit sick but she's convinced it will be fine once she's back from holiday. They arrive at the spa, go swimming and sightseeing, enjoy the view from the balcony, Hermione meets a 'stranger', and enjoy a beautiful waterfall before asking each other a surprising question. She and Charlie impulsively got married during their holiday.

After getting home from their holiday, they go to the Burrow to pick up Crookshanks and have a chat with Molly. Once they're back at Hermione's flat, they realize there were some questions regarding their marriage they'd not discussed, most importantly: where would they live. Following their decision to find a new place for them, Hermione owls Sirius. He gets the owl and shows up, wanting to know what's happening and becomes the first person, other than Molly, who learns of their marriage. Later, Charlie and Hermione go visit Ron to tell him about their wedding.

Molly arranges for wedding announcements, which Hermione sends out after receiving. The twins, recently back from an extended holiday abroad, send a gift that Charlie and Hermione get to enjoy in bed. Later that day, they go house hunting and eventually find the house they wish to make their home. That weekend, following Seamus and Dean's wedding and reception, Hermione passes a pregnancy test, finally discovering why she's been feeling sick for the past few weeks. She is shocked and uncertain; Charlie is thrilled and happy. Charlie is excited about the baby and helps Hermione adjust to the idea.

Hermione and Charlie go to the doctor, and learn about the expectations of pregnancy. On their way home, Charlie pulls her into an alley for a 'celebration' where they are joined by someone unexpected, ending the encounter with a promise to go visit Fred and George for 'product testing' soon. Soon after, she receives an owl from Harry, telling her he's coming home. She goes to the Leaky to see Sirius, and they have a nice talk. She meets Ernie for lunch, talking to him about marriage and his infatuation with Susan. Ron cancels his going away party so Charlie and Hermione go to the Leaky where they run into Fred and George and make definite plans for an upcoming meeting. The next day, Charlie surprises her with books to ease her concerns about being pregnant and they go on their first date, which doesn't go exactly as planned as Hermione's stubborn need for control flares. Charlie, however, proves himself just as stubborn.

Harry surprises Hermione with a visit, concerned about her being married to Charlie, and finds out about the baby. He's quite happy about being an uncle and trusts that Charlie is no longer taking drugs, but he still has a few reservations. That evening, Hermione and Charlie product test for the twins, resulting in gender bending jam being eaten by Charlie and the four of them shagging. After receiving news that the paperwork for their house was finalized, Hermione starts moving in. Charlie is working longer hours, she's experiencing pregnancy symptoms, and the budget is more than she expected, which results in a discussion and christening one of the rooms of their house.

Charlie and Hermione receive an owl from Molly inviting them to dinner, only to arrive and discover a surprise wedding reception. During the reception, Charlie inadvertantly spills the beans about the pregnancy. They also had an unwelcome guest: a ministry official who alerted them to the fact that their marriage wasn't legal due to a licensing issue. That news provided quite a shock, and, the next day, they spent a lazy Sunday at home, deciding to go get their license to be married again and Hermione broached the subject of getting a part-time job. That Monday, they go to the Ministry and run into a lot of problems. Hermione has a pregnancy scare that results in them going to the doctor. She's given a potion for her stomach and told to take it easy the rest of the day.

For the next week, she takes it easy and Charlie spends much time working. A puppy adopts them, that they decide to keep. After a particularly hard day at work, Hermione helps Charlie relax and they name their puppy. The twins make a stupid mistake regarding Bill, Kingsley, and Noah, and come visit Charlie and Hermione. The twins need comforting so Charlie and Hermione give them what they need. Noah owls them and tells them that Bill has been kidnapped, which results in frustration and tension. Charlie is upset and Hermione can't figure out how to help him, which results in bickering and fighting until they realize they're being silly and make up.

Things seem to be getting better, then Hermione runs into Antonin Dolohov. She has a reaction to the stress in her life and nearly has a miscarriage. She wakes up in the hospital and finds out she must spend at least two weeks on bedrest. She gets to go home after an overnight stay.

she owls Sirius and Harry then tries to adapt to bedrest. A few days go by, then Charlie is late and she worries. He finally gets home and tells her they found Bill. During her bedrest, she and Charlie talk about wedding plans. Fred and George stop in for a visit and entertain Charlie, which leads to Hermione becoming jealous and Charlie vowing celibacy until she's released from bedrest. Sirius pays a visit, she and Charlie spend a day at the Glen, and Ernie stops in for some advice.

After two weeks, Hermione is released from bedrest and she and Charlie celebrate. At the end of July, Harry visits and spends the day with her. The next night, she and Charlie attend the Snape-Lupin housewarming, but leave early because she gets tired. That Saturday, Charlie goes shopping and she models her new clothes.

Hermione sends Harry a birthday present and then she and Charlie go to the Leaky for Harry's birthday party. She receives an owl from Luna and meets her for lunch. That weekend, she and Charlie go on a date and get up to no good while dancing. She also attends Luna's garden party. The following weekend, she and Charlie go to Brighton and spend the weekend. They buy a baby's cradle and "talk" to her parents.

The next week, she and Harry go shopping for her wedding dress and spend the day hanging out. Charlie also sends out the invitations to their "picnic", which is actually their wedding. Fezzik makes a mess and she and Charlie end up getting into a fight before making up. The next evening, they go to the Leaky to see Sirius and Harry.

The twins come home right in time for the wedding, which turns out quite lovely. After everyone goes home, she and Charlie have a honeymoon. Charlie has to go out of town for a week-long conference so Hermione pays him a visit at the office. While Charlie is gone, Fred and George go shopping for baby clothes with her and she has a really bad day.

Charlie gets home, but their reunion is marred by her feeling sick. She promises to go see a doctor if she doesn't feel better soon. Unfortunately, Hermione gets worse and Charlie has to take her to St. Mungos. They're told it's an infection and everything should be fine with potions. The next day, the doctors realize it's worse than they thought. A lot of things happen, a lot of people arrive at the hospital, and Hermione has to be taken to a Muggle hospital in hopes of saving her and the baby. They do a C-section, and Charlie and Hermione have a son. Hermione wakes up, talks to Charlie, and they name their son Quinlan Rhys. Hermione has a lot of visitors while in the hospital: Ron, Harry, Molly and Arthur, Sirius, Fred and George, and Hannah. Quinlan is very tiny and she's nervous to lift him on her own for fear she'll hurt him, but Hermione finally picks him up and feeds him, realizing that motherhood is instinct and trial & error and can't be learned in books.


There was a lot of Hermione's past backstory mentioned during her many talks with Charlie, including memories of her parents, a confession about a bad sexual affair during her seventh year that sort of fucked up her views on being loved/wanted, and facing the man who killed her parents and nearly killing him, an event that resulted in the scar on her back.
